Our Services

Healing Arts Psychotherapy & Counselling offers supportive, tailored counselling for adults, adolescents and children aged 6+ in Perth and via telehealth across Australia.

Sessions are collaborative and adapted to each individual’s needs, goals and circumstances. Counselling may focus on current challenges, personal growth, emotional wellbeing or deeper exploration of patterns and experiences that influence how we think, feel and relate to others.

Creative therapeutic processes can also be incorporated where helpful to support reflection, insight and emotional expression.

What to expect from counselling

Beginning counselling can feel like a big step. Many people come to therapy unsure what to expect or whether their concerns are “serious enough” to seek support.

At Healing Arts, sessions provide a safe, respectful and confidential space to explore what is happening in your life at your own pace.

Counselling may involve:

• exploring thoughts, emotions and life experiences

• understanding patterns in relationships or behaviour

• developing practical strategies for emotional regulation and coping

• gaining insight into deeper experiences that may contribute to current challenges

• building confidence, resilience and self-understanding

Therapy is collaborative, meaning we work together to understand your experiences and identify the changes or goals that feel most meaningful to you.
